The book has finally been published. Unfortunately, I'm unable to offer the Kindle or print versions for free, but I can offer these pdf versions for you to download. The larger version is formatted for letter-sized paper, and the smaller version was formatted to fit better on an e-reader or tablet, such as a Kindle or iPad.

 

I would GREATLY appreciate any feedback that you are willing to offer - candid, blunt, straight-forward, unvarnished feedback. That's the only way to learn and grow, after all!
